Privacy: Informative note on the Italian Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003

According to the Italian Law 196 / 2003, regarding privacy and personal data protection, we inform you that the personal information you provide us is subject to treatment by Laumas Elettronica s.r.l., with respect to the above mentioned law, making use of the proper tools and instruments necessary to guarantee the security and the privacy of the data.

The owner of data treatment is the Laumas Elettronica s.r.l., based in Via Primo Maggio, 6 - 43030 Basilicanova (PR), Italy - in the subject of the legal representative.

Data subjects will be able to exercise any and all other rights foreseen by Art. 7 Right to Access Personal Data and Other Rights) of Legislative Decree No. 196/03 :

1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data regarding him or her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form;

2. The data subject has the right to obtain indication:
a) of the source of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of its processing;
c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
d) of the identification details concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Section 5 Paragraph 2;
e) of the persons or organizations to whom personal data can be communicated or who get to know them in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, officer(s) or appointee(s).

3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, correction or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or the blockage of any data processed unlawfully, including those data whose storage is unnecessary for the purposes for which were collected or later processed;
c) a statement that the operations indicated at letters a) and b), including their content, have been made known to those to whom the data have been communicated or released, except in the case of this being found to be impossible or requiring the use of means which are clearly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The data subject has the right to completely or partially oppose:
a) on legitimate grounds, the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) the processing of personal data concerning him/her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication surveys.

At any time, you may exercise the rights guaranteed, i.e. to know, to obtain the confirmation, the erasure, the up-dating, the amendment and the integration of your personal data. You may also contest its use for any legitimate reason.
